To get one as a house there is a downloadable expansion for it, in total there a 3 different expansions you can download for quests that get you houses, one is for the castle, one is for a wizards tower, and the other is for a different type of house there are also other expansions, one is for the shivering isles which is a pretty big expansion that covers new territory, and there is also another one , knights of the nine, i think its called, which is a series of quests in short theres a ton of stuff for download from xbox live for oblivion
