Adopt one! There are hundreds of thousands of adoption agencies and rescues all over the world that have dogs and puppies of all breeds in desperate need of homes. A link to a few national (US) websites are below.

You want a dog, but your parents don't agree? Here are the tips!

Beg them: They will probably say no, but they might agree if you're lucky.

Cry: Pretend to be very sad and explain how much you need it.

Doggie Pretend: Take a toy dog and tie a string to the neck like a leash. Carry it around in front of your parents showing them how much you wanted a dog. Pet the stuffed toy dog and brush it, letting your parents know you would take care of it.

Computer Puppy:Whenever you go on the computer and your parents can see, go on puppy websites like games, adoption center, etc.

Adopting a dog is a huge responsibility and can carry with it large financial needs. Don't get a dog just because you think they're cute; be ready to handle one first!
You can either go to the animal shelter or go to an actual pet shop.
