There are three ways to get a palomino Mustang foal on Howrse. One, you may try to breed for one. Since the game does not use color genetics, the color of the parents' coats do not matter. The coat color of the foal is randomly selected from the list of those found within the breed. Since each color is weighted differently, some of them are quite common while others are quite rare. There is only a 3% chance that a Mustang foal will be palomino. Two, you can give the mare a Hera Pack before she is bred. The Hera Pack includes Aphrodite's Tears (increases inborn skills), a Fertility Wand (your mare has identical twins), and Artemis' Arrow (halves the gestation period), but the biggest perk is Hera's Privilege, which can only be found in the Hera Pack. Hera's Privilege allows you to choose the color of the foal on the day it's born. You may choose any color available to the breed. However, this option is expensive, as the Hera Pack costs 3 passes. Three, you may purchase a palomino Mustang foal from the public auction or private sales. This option may also be expensive, especially if the foal also has high inborn skill and plenty of green stars. The breeders understand the foal's rarity, and will charge you as much as you're willing to pay.

Palomino is a color, not a breed. A horses color doesn't really affect the way a foal is born. This menas that a palomino colored foal is born in the same way that a foal of any other color would be.

Most likely would be cremello, palomino, chestnut (sorrel) or another buckskin.
