Well In 7th grade, if you are really shy then practice not being shy talk in the mirror, think about talking to that girl, and stuff like that. If she's not really popular, but has a lot of friends then become friends with her friends. She'll start to notice you if you are friends with her friends. And it's also good to have her friends approval of you because they might set you two up.
Be nice to her, and don't flirt with other girls because she will think you are not interested in her.
Get a group of your friends together and invite her as part of the group. Go to a movie and get Pizza. This way you can talk to her, get to know her, and do it without pressure. You may find out she is a down to earth girl and you can talk to her in a group like my suggestion. Group things for teens your age is a good way to get to know someone without the one to one pressure of a date.
Just be yourself.
Be honest, brave and considerate.
Talk to her first, don't surprise her with a big request.
Once you two are talking easily, then ask her out.
Best way just be yourself, the worst thing that could happen is her saying "No" so just take the chance and ask her out.
You should wait until you get older, at least in the six grade! That is quite a young age to be worrying about such a thing.
Bethany DeMere of course. SShe was the most popular girl in the school.
Forget the grade 11's my dear, they are probably interested in the grade 12's anyway. Being popular is not really a big deal but your school grades are. The time will come naturally when you will be the bell of the ball and you will wonder what all the attraction was with the grade 11's, anyway if he is as popular as you say he is, ask yourself "Why is he popular" you may find that it is all for the wrong reasons.
be funny (shes popular) treat her well be a gentleman be yourself i think she'll go after you if you have a fun loving personality

It depends. I'm an 8th Grade girl, and I find it cute when boys strike up conversations and compliment us. If I were you, I would just try not to get on her bad side and let her know that you like her, but it all really depends on if she's already a friend or not.
Is this girl a grade above you or same grade? Is this girl a grade above you or same grade?
just be yourself i am a girl in the fifth grade i would know ;)
Your in 3rd grade. Seriously? Even if you did get a girl what can you do? Play on the swings together and kiss behind the slide? Really? You don't need a girl in third grade!
7th grade boyz look for hot 8th grade girls that are skinny, hott, have big boobs, lets them freak them at dances, and have big asses. I'm just kiding. Before I had a 8th grade girl friend. I like look at 8th grade girls by their personality, looks, stlye, the way the act around you. (this is just my opinion.) Different &th grade boys look at girls a different way. Some think of them of their looks or how popular they are. Since I'm in 7th grade and I have a 8th grade girl friend. I know all about this.
