Well In 7th grade, if you are really shy then practice not being shy talk in the mirror, think about talking to that girl, and stuff like that. If she's not really popular, but has a lot of friends then become friends with her friends. She'll start to notice you if you are friends with her friends. And it's also good to have her friends approval of you because they might set you two up.
Be nice to her, and don't flirt with other girls because she will think you are not interested in her.

∙ 11y agoGet a group of your friends together and invite her as part of the group. Go to a movie and get Pizza. This way you can talk to her, get to know her, and do it without pressure. You may find out she is a down to earth girl and you can talk to her in a group like my suggestion. Group things for teens your age is a good way to get to know someone without the one to one pressure of a date.
