Well first see if she smiles at you and everytime you see her smile and if you have time to talk.. ask a common question like How was your day? or what are you going this weekend? but if she says hanging out with friends, please don't ask with who? bc then she will know you would be one of the jealous types even if you arent.
Then once you have a little conversation, meet her interests (DO NOT LIE ABOUT WHAT YOU DONT OR DO LIKE) girls HATE that! like if you play sports let that be the first thing you tell her if yall are talking about interests, then ask her what her hobbies are.. just let it be a 1 question then answer, like she asks a question then you answer and vise versa.. and if you play any musical instruments..tell her.. and if you are a christian please don't be scared to say anything.
and stand up for your believes and always wear good smelling cologne and cute clothes. and look positive and sweet and romantic.. how much girls look like they hate it.. it warms their heart! and get her number.. say hey text me or call me sometime and give her your number and if she calls or texts you, you might have a winner! then after almost everyday say how was your day.. or you looked really pretty or gorgeous or beautiful... no hott or fine or sexy.. if you want to impress talk sweet to her.. and if she is talking actually listen and talk back and make eye contact!! but that's about all i can tell you expect for Good luck! :D

Well if you are an attractive person that shes probably already attracted to you. If not then you first should start talking to her and getting to know her. Then gradually she will start gaining a lot of trust which then promotes her to liking you. From then on its all up to you and your actions. Be carefull not to get in the friendzone because then its somewhat hard but not impossible to get out.
