Well, if he looks at you a lot he could already like you. But what you have to do is really get to know him and be his friend. My first boyfriend (and current boyfriend) was my best friend in 5th grade and 6th grade! I had known him since 1st grade. And it turned out he had liked me ever since 3rd grade (I had liked him since 3rd grade too) but what I'm saying is you really need to get to know them and become their friend because he could already like you. If you like a guy, and he looks at you a lot, and when you talk to him, he stares in your eyes it probably means that he is trying to find out wether or not hes atracted to you. But i guess it really does depend on their personally to determin that. If hes kind of like a player, and jokes around a lot with his friends, and other people, then he could just be checking you out, because your hot and not because of what you really have (like a personality). But if this guy is a good guy, and cares about how you really feel, then he could be (like I said) trying to determin wether or not hes atracted to you in that way.
