Why on earth would you want to flirt with a guy that doesn't like you anymore? Unless he has actually told you this then don't second-guess this guy's feelings. If he has told you he doesn't care for you it's time to move on. None of us can win 'em all. The truth is, that you can't make anyone like you. They'll either like you or not. Just be yourself around him and if he starts to like you again then great, but he has to like you for who you really are remember that always. Being a guy myself, I think I can answer this well. Try not to annoy the guy and try to get his attention in a normal way - not intentionally to impress him. Keep your hopes up .... always. Even if he ends up not liking you - its not the end of the world! There will be many more guys that will come across your path.
