Depending on how you want to act...there is the nice way.
just tell him you you only like him as a friend.
If he is like the stalker type...well...be truthful tell him he's ugly and that you don't like him and never in a million years would you like him.
Hope i helped.
Realize he's just "not that into you" and move on. Why give the guy more than one chance to show interest. IF he was interested in you, he would have txted you before you even 'THOUGHT" to txt him. Hold out for that guy. You deserve it.
He would just hang around you and say hey probably everyday to get your attention. He'll probably look at you but turn around when you realize he's looking at you.
If you were interested you are not anymore. You are interested meaning you still are: you were interested in one guy but now you are interested in a different one.
You can start with talking to him to show him that you're interested in him (unless he doesn't notice the obvious signs) and being flirty with him and what not. You need to realize that if you don't do anything at all, nothing will happen.
Flirt with him.
Yes - more than a tall girl being interested in a short guy.
just be yourself around him
We don't really know what kind of guy she is interested in since she hasn't talked about that before.
They want the guy to know that they are interested, but they want the guy to make the first move. They also might be playing hard to get.
It's possible that the interested guy may feel a pang of jealousy seeing you interact with another guy. However, it's important not to jump to conclusions just based on that observation. Engaging in open communication with the interested guy about his feelings could help clarify the situation.
By making the guy think you're not interested in him.
If a guy is asking your friend where you are, he may be interested in you.
