You must be a member. Upon entering the multiplayer lobby, there are two tabs. Click the one that says, "Rated games," and search. You get wands by winning these rated games.

you get all the spells exept book of cogs and at the bottom of the screen and click it and it will reset all spells and wands exept fire (takes away volcano and flame dragon),arcane.and you get the book of cogs OR... you just have to have enough wands to buy the rest of the spells you don't have.

Once you get all of the spells in the game, a row of icons appear in a row along the bottom. Hold in CTRL and click, and you will buy a prestige hat. Be warned, it will be harder to get wands with each hat.
