When I wanted to come down from Adderall I would take a handful of vitamin c tablets every hour or so (500 mg tablets....8-10 every hour for 3 hours or so) - I read that vitamin c and citrus juices speeds up the process of elimination of amphetamines from the body. Get some ruby red grapefruit juice cocktail or some Orange Juice; a bottle of 500 mg vitamin c tablets and sit & try to relax. Fresh fruit will also help - Oranges epecially. This really worked with me when I was too amped from adderall...don't know if it will work with meth, but I don't see why not. Meth is short for "methamphetamine." Good luck
