  • It may be possible. But it is advised not to try for abs in 6-7 days. Take your time. The human body needs to cope up with the new exercise routine. A sudden start is not good for the body and mind. Even if you get 6-pack in 6 days, we can't assure that its stable. You can lose it easily too. Slow and steady wins the race. This answer may not be pleasing or appealing to you, but accept the truth.
  • You could or could not there is a 50% chance of that, eat a lot of protein, cut down on the chocolate, take up foods like steak, do slow ab repetitions from the "simple" ab exercises. It all depends on genetics your body structure and etc. On your age a lot of things will depend that can interfere or not and make it easier for you to get a six pack in six days and yes it is possible from experience with my genetics but, also the way that I eat. Work on your abs normally dont expect too much and dont be upset if you dont get it in six days but, normally you should get a six pack within time if your diet and your doing your abs everyday and dont do crunches in excess either do it only until failure with 3 sets one work out 3 sets work out 2 with 30 seconds rest or less and drink lots and lots of water so your metabolism speeds up quick and if your really serious about getting these abs its worth it. Eat your regular foods but not in excess, moderation but, get chicken or steak or fish or ham anything that has protein in it even eggs.

It is possible, through vigorous workout sessions, but it can deal major damage to your muscles(and depending on your age, can stunt your growth and development). I would not recomend doing it that quickly. routine training and healthy eating is the key.
