Yes work out every other day drop your calorie intake to around 1,200. Only eat foods with low fat, salads with low cal dressing, bananas, cereal. Just be careful to not drink to many protein shakes if you drink any because those will make you put on weight instead of lossing it.

well, when you get into your 6th month, your six-pack becomes less defined and sometimes can become totally invisible. However, as soon as the baby is born, the six-pack returns. As long as you keep working the muscles, the visibility of your six-pack will return.
I hope I don't get threatened by an angry fan for saying this but as far as a know he does not have a six-pack. But he is working out so he might have one soon, if he has it in his genes.
Try doing more sit ups. The fact that you have a six pack when you felx means you are really close to having one normally. Don't give up!!

well it depends where you are at and doing 100 sit ups or push ups a day isn't gonna help you get six pack abs in one month it maybe would in like 6 months do some INSANE exercise to really get a six pack but in my opinion you can't get six pack abs in 1 month without any steriods or any help.
A "Six Pack" is achieved primarily by Diet, not by exercise. Oh, you DO have to do the exercise, no doubt about that; but without a "Cutting Diet" it'll NEVER happen. Any Body builder will confirm this for you.
