Try disconnecting the battery for 5 or so minutes. This will reset everything on the truck. And it may release the stuck CD. Make sure you have someone else just in case to take stuck CD out before it goes back in and get stuck again.
Mine had a CD stuck inside ,anytime you would select CD it would read error the CD came out on it's own
I have a 2003 Expedition with a 6 CD changer that had a CD stuck in it. We disconnected the battery cables and then reconnected them (have your key fob close by in case your alarm goes off). When we reconnected the battery cables the CD player spit out the stuck CD and then reinitialized itself for about a minute or two. Then I could load and eject all of the CDs inside, and the CD player worked again.

If the sunroof is stuck open on a Ford Expedition, a person can spray the linkage with Liquid Wrench. If the sunroof is stuck open because the motor is not working for it, check the fuse box for a burned fuse. The linkage can be taken apart, if necessary, and pressure can be applied from the top to close it temporarily.

Nothing because you are stuck with nothing to do!
There are a few reasons why a Ford Expedition 4 x 4 may be stuck in low. You can try switching to 2WD and backing it up a bit. This sometimes fixes things. You could also have a transfer case that needs to be replaced.
