Well, there are many ways:

1.) Just go onto Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. and type in "Pokemon Pearl Action Replay cheat codes."

2.) Make your own with Pokesav. (Be careful with it, it may entirely change your save file if you make Pokemon wrong, such as erasing, name-changing, etc.)

3.) Look on a specific site (cheatsguru.com, neoseeker.com, my personal favorite, supercheats.com, etc.)

4.) The Action Replay comes with codes on it, along with a Disc to put in a computer to install Action Replay Code Manager, and a cord to plug in the Action Replay to the computer (USB cable).
