if you have an action replay here is the code to get a lvl 47 arceus with a rare candy and with the moves hyper beam, flame thrower, hydro pump and leaf blade you might have to press L+R to activate it and you should have a crappy Pokemon in your first party slot as it will be killed to make room for arceus
