Currently you must earn 7 experience in a playlist on the 7th day of the month, earn 50 experience in any playlist, complete the level, Halo on legendary difficulty with the Iron skull turned on and a full team of 4 people, finishing in Ghosts and finding all 6 of the hidden skulls on the new multiplayer levels.

Marathon--you must get 1000 or more and have 50 achievements from Halo 3 (Also get Katana armor) Flaming Helm--Exclusively for Bungie employees, so if you want it go get a job. Recon--Get all vid master achievements, or make bungie amazed with something on your file share. Hyabusa--Get all of the skulls in the campaign.
