you can get arceus in any Pokemon game as long as you have an R4, action replay, MS DS REAL, and i don't know if there is any other game chips that have cheats, so basically you can only get arceus with cheats.
you can buy an R4 on the internet.
i would get an action replay in case you don't want cheats on your game, and i would get the DSI action replay because it has more to it than the DS action replay, plus, it costs the same amount. you can get it at block buster, Walmart, and toysrus. this is only in Canada, but it might be in the USA to.
the thing is, i don't know were to buy a MS DS REAL, also I'm not positive if that name is right, but I'm 75% sure it is right.
so if your wondering witch one to get i would say getting the action replay.
