look under the frame on the drivers side of the truck, i'ts usually half-way back. It's a sealed metal housing that has a fuel line going in one end and out the other. You'll need some plyers to take off the clamps off the filter. put a drop of light oil or soap on the ends of the filter before trying to install the fuel lines back on. You need to use some muscle because these don't come off easily. Be careful when putting the new one back on.
