A swivel on the end of a spark plug socket and then an extension on that will get it out.

In a 2002 trailblazer it is located on the bottom of the radiator one the passenger side. Every other model year to my knowlege does not have drain plug.
Listed in your owner's manual and under the hood on a placard.

No, it does not. This year uses a plug & coil configuration, where each plug has its own ignition coil, rather than a wire which runs back to a central coil.
The 2004 Trailblazer does not have plug wires. It has a coil pack per cylinder that connects direct to the spark plugs.

There are not any plugs wires. The Inline six uses coil packs over top of each spark plug.
