Get back at her for what? She moved on and you acting out about it will only make you look weak.
If you want her back but she is with somebody else now it would be difficult. She has moved on so you should also. It is no good hoping and waiting just in case. Try and have a talk with her to tell her how you feel but don't expect her to listen especially if she is happy with her new boyfriend.
The best option really is to find yourself somebody who will love you for who you are.
