If you really want to build muscles you need to first tear them down. From my experience the best way to do this is by performing "drop sets." Say for example you can perform 8 reps of 70 pounds on your first set of barbell curls. After you have gone to positive failure by performing the 8 reps of 70 pounds perform 3 to 4 extra reps by cheating the bar up and slowly curling it down focusing on the negative. You should still be curling it up but you will be unable to a rep with out doing a little cheating. Cheating is OK here but make sure you are only doing it the minimum amount needed to get the barbell back up. Then slowly, 3 to 4 seconds, perform the negative of the rep. After you have completed 3 to 4 extra reps using the cheating and negatives technique then drop that barbell and pick up a lighter barbell and repeat. I usually drop the weight by about 30% so in this case pick up a 50 pound barbell. Then repeat what you did with the 70 pounder. You will not be able to perform one rep with your original 70 pounder because your biceps are smoked. But you can with a 50 so you can fatigue your biceps even more forcing more muscle breakdown which with proper nutrition and rest will lead to more growth. Perform reps using strict form until you cannot perform any more positive reps then again cheat for 3 to 4 more reps focusing on the negative. So with the traditional do 8 reps and stop you are breaking your biceps down once. With this technique you are breaking them down even more with the cheating and negatives. Then again breaking them down more with the lower weight then again with the cheating and negatives with the lower weight. A complete and total smoking of your biceps This technique can be used with any muscle group but I would recommend you use simple movements like biceps curls, leg press, bench, lat pulls and avoid the fancy machines or movements for this. Also you can lower the number of sets you perform because you are using greater intensity. Perform the above workout for 3 sets and you are done with biceps for a while. Stick with the basics, eat right, do some yoga and get out of the gym so you can chill!
Biceps is the correct spelling. There is no T
pretty easy muscles to build are the bicepts and legs
I like the basic free weights for building bicepts. Most free weights are cheap compaired to a weight mechince that could run into the thousends. Free wights are generally cheap.
you have the forearms, bicepts, tricepts, pecs, back, quads, hams, glutes, and lats
American slang for your bicepts are pipes, pythons, and guns. The beauty of the English language is that there is new slang every day!
You can it would be a good idea that way you are working not only you bicepts but your hamstrings as well. However you have to make sure that you do your squats correctly or else you can damage your knees.
It is very different, a regular work out is based on a series of exersizes that hit certain areas of your body, legs, arms, bicepts, etc... The bowflex extreme 2 however is using not only regular workout techniques but also pinpoint muscle group targeting and calistatics at the same time, thats why after using it you feel like your whole body is tired, because it is.
The muscles used are the pectorials and triceps. This is because the triceps are the muscles used for pushing and the pectorials are near your sholder.

Some simple yet extremely helpful would be basic push-ups or bench presses. Because what needed for pull-ups are your chest and bicepts. It would also help to know how old you might happen to be to do the best excersise for your strength
An elliptical machine works out lower body muscles, upper body muscles and core body muscles. Quadricepts and hamstrings are included in the lower body muscle catagory. Bicepts and tricepts are included in the upper body catagory and abs are part of the core muscle group.
