Blacktios - the magnificent, most powerful Pokemon available in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

There IS a way to obtain him out there on the internet.

However this rumor started must have been on strong overhearing.

Rumor online has it that to obtain Blacktios you must capture a series of Legendary Pokemon and do numerous bogus tasks that will never occur or get you anywhere.

The internet rumor is too unrealistic to be believed to by anyone with half a brain, for the rewards promised are to cheap in a way; to be bluntly put, for the game.

Blacktios isn't supposed to be obtainable in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon to normal players.

However, Blacktios IS in fact a Pokemon.

It was created but never really released in original versions of the game.

He was more of a test originally named Kurotios. This was however translated as Blacktios on the English version of the game.

There is no REAL way to obtaining Blacktios... however after toying around with the programming and the numerous Debug menus (Not the one available through codes such as Action Replay, GameShark or Codebreaker, I refer to Built-in Debug) I found that this extremely powerful beast was included in the game.

The way to obtain him wasn't as big of a travel as the rumors induced.

In fact, the only requirements were to complete the Sub-Event of Latios and Latias and have every 'God' Pokemon recruited (Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquazza) and having defeated every event, including the Gengar one (This is considered the semi-last event in the game).

After achieving all of that, on the debug programming, I found an event, the programming however was in Kanji and Hiragana so it took me a bit of toying around with variables and values. Until I was finally able to make the game process this Event.

The event starts out with your starter Pokemon sleeping and waking up as usual. You go outside (having nowhere else to go) and find Gardevoir in panic asking you to accompany her to the Southern Isles Friend Area.

Once you arrive there you encounter an injured Latios and Latias.

They explain that an entity created by pure darkness had attacked them, and that this entity resamble Latios.

Latios then explains that there was a time where his body was turned into nothing but life energy. He had found a way to be reborn but had lost all evil.

Latios then theorizes that this evil had found a way to be reborned as well.

Blacktios is the embodiment of Latios's darkness and evil.

Latios, feeling responsible for this determines that he will be the one to face this entity and stop him; barely able to stand however.

The Dungeon "Realm of Darkness" becomes available to exploring after this.

The Dungeon has no less that 40 Floors, these floors must be traveled by Latios alone (To my surprise), so I had to pull some strings and buff him to level 100, because this Dungeon is rather hard.

Much like the Deoxys dungeon you must face mirages of Blacktios to unlock the next floor. However this dungeon being twice the size of Deoxy's dungeon, and being that the Blacktios mirages are quite powerful, leaves this dungeon to be quite challenging.

I did about 170 Damage per hit, and it took me about 5-6 hits to defeat the Mirages, so I assume that they have about 850-900 HP.

They dealt about 50 Damage (Even though I was level 100 with considerably good Defense) which made the dungeon more challenging.

Once you reach the 40th Floor you meet Blacktios.

Blacktios explains how not being together disrupts the valance of Nature.

And he goes on to claim that for things to be normal, one of them must perish.

However, "Once I obliterate you", says a confident Blacktios, "I will take over this world and annihilate every undeserving being!"

Again I dealt about 150-170 Damage, except the real Blacktios dealt about 75-100 Damage to me, and when near death he went on to using Recover and Cluster Purge, which looks like Luster Purge but deals great damage, he Recovers about 50 HP (it's not much) and Cluster Purge deals about 200 Damage (Which puts you in a rough spot)

I theorize that this Pokemon has about 5,000 HP or so.

After an arduous battle Blacktios gives up and accepts death.

However, Latios gives him some of his Life Energy and allows him to live on. Claiming that the valance wasn't upset, and giving him another chance.

Blacktios accepts this chance but has no intention on becoming "A Good-Doer Like You! It Sickens Me!" explains an angry Blacktios

After all of this Blacktios joins your rescue team and resumes living on Southern Isles alongside Latias and Latios (The limit of inhabitants increases to 3/3)

I understand that after writing this long and complicated answer, there is still no valid reason to believe what I am saying.

So, on opposition to the bogus stories spread afar - I will SHOW proof.

Bombarded by questions - that's what's gonna happen to me once people set their eyes upon this. But I'm afraid I've already said too much.
