A few days ago I fell into a bed of cactus and they went into my legs there was about 1000 to 2000 in each leg and I was in pain so what my friends and I did was to lay on my side and they took "Duck tap",tweezers and pins and we pick most of them out but we could not get most of them out so i had to go to a waxing place and i got the rest of them waxed out (note I still went to the doctors to check for infection)and if you have some that are really in there, soak it in hot water for about 20 minutes if you keep doing this for about 4 days or a whole week it should come out far enough for you to get it out with tweezers , if not go to the doctor right away.
