birth island has navel rock(ho-oh and lugia) and birth island has mystic cave (latios and latias) and of course birth island has birth island peak (jirachi and Deoxys) another way is bla bla bla bla a Nintendo event ext ext another way is get a GameShark it'll already have the Pokemon games on there and simply look on it press right click what Pokemon you want and click start

GET AN ACTION REPLAY!!!!!! or correctly answer the form on the counter at the PokeMart. you will get a special gift. that gift is the eon ticket to go to an island. take the boat and deoxys will be on the island. use an ultra ball to catch it. Deoxys is level 30. The puzzle is very long with the triangle that you need to solve before deoxys appears. Go to YouTube to see how to do the puzzle.
You must get the ticket that lets you go to Birth Island, then get the mystery gift and then attend a Nintendo event. Go to Google and type in how do you find Deoxys on that'll be your best bet. Or go to gametalk.com. OBEY CHEESE! Good Luck!
You must go to the Pokémon Center in NYC and download him.
You can use action replay. You can get that at game store.
You must download it from a Pokemon Event. Some events only occur once however often repeat events are held sometimes apart from that you can trade for one. You can also hack it but this is not recommended.
Note that in any game other then Pokemon Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire, and Fire Red and Green Leaf, Deoxys is only obtainable via cheating.
One way is to have gone to a special event in Japan with the mystery gift in Firered/Leafgreen and then trade it to other games.
