DirectX does not come pre-installed on all computers, you need to download it from Microsoft's website in some cases. Check the related links section below to get a link to the download page
The first account you use is the administrators account.
Visit your manufacturer's website. THey should be downloadable there.
Because Windows 8 is the latest version of Windows, not Windows 7.
You simply download it onto your computer and then install it. I have Vista and I have both IE8 and Firefox installed. I just used IE8 but because of some recent problems with this site I've just switched to Firefox to come on WikiAnswers.
All Windows-based operating systems from XP on up should be able to share files with each other, no matter what brand the computer is. If your computer is equipped with Windows 7, it's even easier to share files. Your Compaq should be just fine sharing files if it has XP, Vista, or 7 installed. :^)
I updated to windows seven and all of the files for the microsoft office applications are there but they are not installed and will not work. I need to know if it is possible to install them from that because I do not want to pay for them again. Thanks!
I am using windows 7 version and I am getting the error "cannot complete request because default client email is not properly installed" when I click on my email link? How do I install "Default Client Email" using Dreamweaver on my PC in Windows?
Not all Codecs in Windows Media Player is installed on all Microsoft Windows PCs, because its not installed on default. Most users would use another media player that already comes with the Codecs by default.
No Because Its Only For Windows.
A very big assumption has to be made here, because no operating system is mentioned. So, assuming that the computer has the most common operating system (Windows Vista), there is a Windows services, called Windows Time, which synchronizes the computer's time with an online atomic clock, provided you have an internet connection active. Windows Time is active by default when Windows Vista is first installed. If you don't have in internet connection, or indeed, if you don't have Windows Vista, you can still synchronize your clock over the telephone. Please see related links below.
Most transformation packs for Windows are by third-parties and replace critical system files. So be wary, but some of them are uninstallable. I have installed Windows X's Vista transformation pack before on my Windows XP computer and it worked just fine. I installed the Windows 7 Transformation Pack 3.0 on my Windows XP before and it REALLY slowed it down... But that might have been because I had a partially installed Vista Transformation Pack that couldn't be removed... They have 5.0, which is supposed to be a lot more stable. I would download Tuneup Utilities and Revo Uninstaller before you try it.
Computer add-on because you are adding on the camera (it doesnt come installed on the computer eg: laptop's mini webcamera's are extras because they are built into the computer).
