You find dialga and palkia once you finish the game, talk to the old lady in the long house. She will say something about mt coronet being unstable. Find the Lustrous Orb and the Adament Orb and go up the top of mt coronet and they will be there. They will be at LV 70.

I think you get dojo registration if you are lucario rank beaten all makuhita dojo areas and um uh be at level 100

talk to alakasam with your first starter pokemon. he will say about lucario. after that you go do some mission then u dont see him go to wish cave and lucario will be there to fight u and u defeat him u get a level at the dojo and u defeat him again he may jion u and that is how u get it.
