To get devmode-- "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -console -devmode
Go to properties, and put this in the place where it says target. YOURE DONE!! use ` (Tilda key) to open the console. Search around for the commands. Some useful ones ate Cheat_all_weapons -- spawns all Weapons **Note** Do not pick up the oddball or flag, it messes up the game.
Cheat_all_vehicles -- Spawns all vehicles
Cheat_all_powerups -- Spawns powerups INCLUDES incendiary rounds!!
THe trainer has some that you can do by pressing a numpad key
