First, pick a character who has the evasive Dodge ability. Then, turn count out off. While your in the match, go to the announce table near the ring bell and take off the table cover. Get on top of the table. Do the evasive dodge, or roll, towards the ring bell. Eventually, your character will roll over the security wall. That's how you get in the crowd.
