Depends on if it is a standup or not, with a standup all you need to do is pull it up on the beach and tip it over to get the water out. On a lot of models they have a valve that you can open that will drain the crank case in case water got in there. On a big sitdown jetski, you will need to get it on a lift or on a beach and pull the plug at the back of the jetski, if water got in the engine you will probably need to dry out the air filter so air can pass through it. If the engine will not turn over that means it is hydrolocked so you take out the spark plugs and turn it over and the water should drain out. In any case make sure that the gasoline has no water in it.
