First you get the 1000 rupee bag, which is in one of the fairy islands. The other bag is on outset. Go to outset, then go up to the top of the broken bridge. Climb onto the post as high as you can. They direct the wind toward the other side of the bridge. Fly across with the deku leaf. Go inside. Once inside, just keep going until you find the giant rock. You could use bombs or power bracelets (pick it up and throw it) to break it. Inside is a fairy to increase your rupee amount! Hooray.

∙ 14y agoI'm probably the best person to answer this question, because my rupee pouch is always full and I'm constantly looking for a shop to buy from... but Just play the game, open lots of chests and when sailing, bust up as many pirate bases as you feel like, cut some grass and defeat foes, you're money bag will be full, faster than you'd imagine...
