Any speech recognition software program needs training to know what how you speak and what you want to do. Either the program you are using will insert bullet points or you may need to do that yourself
It is still possible to use bullet points in answers on WikiAnswers. To do so, simply click "Insert unordered list" on the toolbar above the answer box when answering or editing the answer to a question.
MacSpeech is a software that helps users stop all of the tedious typing and writing. This software converts speech into text. It has been called a "personal transcriptionist."
Given what I have read on other websites, I am surprised that this question has not been answered because of the many problems with MacSpeech indicated by current users. I have used Dragon NaturallySpeaking from version 3 through version 9.5 and it is light years ahead of MacSpeech. Frankly, MacSpeech needs a long ways to go, especially their correction system. If I would compare Dragon NaturallySpeaking with MacSpeech, I would give Dragon NaturallySpeaking a 9.5, and MacSpeech a 2. In addition, the MacSpeech folks are charging $55 for an upgrade that try to eliminate some of the problems that should have been corrected in the first place. This company is getting off to a terrible start. I also find it interesting that the end users most often rate MacSpeech as terrible, and the "professionals" give it high ratings. I'm wondering if someone is getting paid off.
If you have ordered questions into bullet points then each question (or bullet point) should end with a question mark.

No, a plot does not have to be presented in bullet points. A plot can be written in narrative form using paragraphs to describe the sequence of events in a story. Bullet points can be used as an outline or summary of key plot points, but they are not mandatory for writing a plot.
