depends what windows media you are using, but if its a newish version, then you should have a sync section, I'm not 100% positive this will work with i phone and it would have to be mp3 format tracks, but use sync
its simple drag and drop into the side bit like for play lists but on the sync section.
then click sync now and it may or my not work.
