You will need to buy a card reader - available for about $20 at any Radio Shack. Insert your SD card into the proper place on the card reader. The guys at Radio Shack can help you figure out which slot is the right one. You need to use the USB cord that comes with the card reader, and attach it to the USB outlet on your computer. Assuming you already downloaded the music to your computer, you must then download the song to the card reader. Once the music is downloaded onto the card, you take it out of the reader, and insert it into your phone. Then, using the menu on your phone, go to My Files (or similar) and then go to Memory Card. It will show the songs on the card. Select the song(s) you wish to download to the phone, and select download. The phone will tell you when the song is finished downloading.
This is how my phone works. Since I don't know what type of phone you're using, it's hard to be sure this will work on your phone.
