If you were a pure and you were willing to get your strength up in a F2P place, i would recommend the barbarian safety dungeon level 2 flesh crawlers (level 35). Be sure to bring a good supply of food (salmon or tuna recommended) and if you had good a good defence level and good armor (adamant-rune) train at the level 44 Zombies to the room south of the level 35 flesh crawlers.
