IMPROVED ANSWER: Yes, they can come back like the green bunny slippers. But there is 2 other ways. The first way is to get a CP code. If you don't know what this is this is it. A CP code is a thing you buy. Its mostly called a Coin Code,it is attached to a plush penguin you buy. You can get these at many places such as Target,Toys R Us,Walmart,EBAY,and Amazon. I think Ebay is a good way. Because if you don't want the toy and just the code its much cheaper. Anyways when you redeem the code on the coin it will bring you to a catolog. In here they have items that have never been in the regular catolog,old rare items,and even coins.

Way Number 2: Some people make these things called TRAINERS. A popular one is Cp trainer. In these you can have cheats and other things. Its mostly a hack. They have ID's you can enter in a box that will pop up if you press the button "Unlock item by ID" Google these ID's and type in the id of the item you want. EXAMPLE: Lets say i want Bunny Ears. I goto the site that has the ID's on them. I find the name of the item. Next to it is the items ID. Lets also say the ID is 12754 (By the way the id is fake idk the real one) The Buy item box thing will pop up. Like it will say in CP: You have found Bunny Ears. Would you like to pick them up? Yes or No. If you say yes you will now own the item.
