To get out blood stains after they have already set in you will need to lay the cloth out and get the affected area wet. If it is a mattress you want to do the same thing. Then get regular table salt and pour directly on to the stain. Depending on how big the stain is you might want to leave it in for an hour or so. Check on it every so often to see how much blood has come out. Then after it looks as if most of the blood has come out, rinse out the salt and then (if it is clothes or sheets) put it in the wash. If it is a bed get a wet towel and dab at it until it comes out. Works like a charm. If after that it isn't as clean as you would like you can repeat.

The reasons for blood stains when sneezing could be caused by broken blood vessels. Dry skin can also cause your nose to bleed in dry weather.

Kalamansi juice
Use a spot remover in the wash. It is just blood.
There is a product called Iron out, in the past this has worked for me on blood stains as well as rust stains on clothing, but I would wash thoroughly with regular soap first.
