You can't really "get over" someone you still like. The thing you have to do is just accept that you like him and live with it, or just simply choose not to like him. Of course it depends on your situation.
The time it takes someone to get over someone they have a crush on/like/love depends on the person. There isn't really a definite answer to this. That said, the longer you like/love/whatever someone the longer it will take to get over them normally.
You can't make yourself get over him. Your feelings for him will be gone by themselves.
