You don't necessarily get over it. You find a way to move on. Finding a new friend would definitely would be a way to move on. Also you can look at it this way, being jealous doesn't help you at all. It just keeps you mad and in drama mode.
Things could get really nasty if you act on your jealousy. Remember you have to live with your sister, so don't go over the top and try to sabotage their relationship. This happened to a friend of mine, he and his brother got into this fight about the other brothers best friend. It was a nightmare for both of them. Eventually the friend didn't stay friends with either brother. So both lost out on a good friendship.
