look on the brightside and realise that the injury happened for a reason. for example if you were a sports person and you broke your leg, this is basically telling you that your body needed a rest. furthermore, the injury might not ever heal 100% forcing you to do something different other than sport. this might be a changing point in your life that you would have never thought possible until the injury occured. be positive and in time you will feel that the anger slowly dissapears. in addition, keep exercising, whether it be using light weights, or swimming etc, just whatever your injury allows you to do. also eat healthy and talk to people about your feelings. this will keep you motivated and looking forward to going back to your sport or doing something new
