How do you get over the guy that you love and who loves you but you don't want to be in a relationship with him because you're not the same people anymore like you were when you dated?

I think that if you love him and he loves you, that it shouldn't matter if you have different personalities now. You can't control who you love. And if you two can't stand each other then you should go your separate ways, there is no specific way to get over someone you love, over time you might forget about him. But he will always be in the back of your mind, no matter how far away you push him.
