I understand how you feel. When you spend the majority of your time with someone and then they break up with you, it's harder to deal with because you feel rejected AND lonely at the same time. The pain of that can be crippling. One way to deal with that is to find something to do to occupy your time. Think of something fun you used to do before you became involved with this person. Perhaps you could call a friend you haven't spoken to in a while. Just don't spend all your time wondering what's wrong with you. You'll just make yourself nuts.
