if your husband left you with 2 small children trust me your better of without him. Im pregnant and my boyfriend left me but its turned out for the best. All you can do is try to get your mind off it and concentrate on your kids, their the ones whom will be most affected by this.

∙ 16y agoYou take life one day at a time. With each day that you get through you realize that you made it and that you are capable of making it through more. You try not to dwell on your hurt and anger which isn't easy but you have to try to think of the positives in your life. The passing of time is the ultimate helper. Your anger and hurt should lessen. If it doesn't, then you should seek counselling. You are the one who controls your feelings. As a man, who was abandoned by my wife, the short answer is "time". When it happened I never thought that "time" would come, but trust me it really does. What is important is to involve yourself with those little things you could not have done when you were involved. It may have been more social with friends or a hobby. And remember how YOU got there, because there may have been warning signals that were ignored. Keep your head up, smile and live life fully.
