Use the reed pipe (Flute). The 8 colored parts represent 8 notes on the reed pipe, played by the color of the holes : blue-blue-green-yellow-yellow-red-blue-green.
(the reed pipe is free in the Temple of the Muses in the Grove of Temples to the right of main Street)
