I found it out myself because I clicked on the paper on the cupboard in the HQ and cracked the code it turned out it said orange book so I looked and saw a orange book (it's on the green drawer I think) and clicked it then something stuck out of the cupboard I knew the EPF already so I knew it had something to do with that so just click on that thing click help for it to tell you the instructions figure out that puzzle (the thing that sticks out of the cupboard) then a girl called Dot (part of the EPF) pops out of the cupboard and says "Wow! and then some more stuff that I can't remember so that's that part finished.
