After you beat the elite four and have the national pokedex and you get a pokerader go to any short grass use it and many rare Pokemon may appear also if you put honey on a yelow tree and come back in 6 and a half hours a rare will be in the tree ..you have to click the tree to get it and you get honey from the guy north of florma town...hope i helped
