How do you get regii Pokemon?

The regi Pokemon - Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

What you'll need: Wailord, Relicanth, and any Pokemon that knows dig, strength, fly, surf and dive. (since wailord and relicanth can learn surf and dive that shouldn't be a problem)

Where you need to go: Start off from Pacifidlog, the town floating on logs and surf west until you see the fast moving currents. Be careful about where exactly you enter these currents as once you touch them they will drag you along to Slateport if you enter at the wrong place. If you take off from the furthest South-west point of Pacifidlog and go directly west you should get on the right currents. You'll know it's the right one because they'll dump you right in front of a fisherman. After you battle him (unless you were here before and battled him already) go around him and continue west. Surf over onto the next island battling or avoiding the trainers until you hit the furthest west edge. Surf west again from the very bottom of the island. The currents should put you in a calm area of water where you can surf freely (more trainers here on my version - emerald, I'm not sure how many trainers are on the way in ruby and sapphire but the directions should be the same). Surf west to yet another island, surf again to (OMG) yet another island, but this should be the last one. Surf from about the middle of the island to reach a diving point and the rest is self-explanatory. Dive, follow the trench and when you find a strange "code" on one part of the wall, resurface there. (Note: This code is actually braille, so if you know braille you'll be able to translate it easily) Head all the way up to the back of the cave you surface in and read the message on the wall. In case you don't know braille (which you most likely don't, unless you know someone who's blind) it wants you to use dig in front of this wall. Do so, and go all the way up to the back of the next chamber. Here make Relicanth the first Pokemon in your party and make wailord the last and read the message on the wall. (Note: if this doesn't work try switching Wailord and Relicanth around) And congratulations! You've opened the Regis caves! Now to go get them.

Regirock: He should be found in the desert, the giant rock with smaller rocks around it should now have a huge hole in it. Go inside, read even more Braille and move two spaces right, two spaces down and use Strength. This should open the way (finally) to Regirock himself.

Regice: Regice can be found in a similar giant rock, which can be found by Surfing north-west from Dewford, the island town. When inside read the Braille and wait. Don't move at all for about a minute or so and the door to Regice will open on its own.

Registeel: Finally Registeels giant rock can be found in the rainy section of route 120, west of Lilycove. Inside, read the Braille, then move into the centre of the room and use fly, somehow opening the door.

Final note: All three Regis are at level 40 and have high defenses. Stock up on ultra balls and timer balls and bring a Pokemon that can use sleep powder or hypnosis. And ALWAYSsave before fighting a legendary Pokemon, as you only get one shot at it. Good luck and happy Regi hunting!
