You can go get a drink at the water fountain. Or you can go ask to go to the nurse and you can get an ice pack for your head. If your nurse if really nice you can ask if you can lay down for a little bit and see if that will help get rid of it. At my school you can also have your parents bring in medachine for you and then the nurse will give it to you. Try not to read that much... it will just make it worse. I hope that helps because I know that i get head aches while i am at school all the time and it is not fun at all!!
