I'm no doctor therefore I know nothing about the causes of spots and blemishes but I can advise a product that I use to keep my spots at bay. It's called "witch hazel stick" and it's affordable. If you don't recognise the name then it's in a pale green stick with white writing. Also, I think it may depend if you are in America or the UK as I'm not sure it's sold in America "/ xx
witch hazel drys out skin incredibly much and isn't good for skin after all your spots are gone, if you use this on a daily basis don't for more than about a month at a time, once every now and then should be fine though :)
