Well, I have the same problem, therefore I asked helpdesk AVG for help. I got following recommendation; uninstall or remove directory newdotnet in Program Files and restart PC. Good luck
I think that if you download AVG 7.0, and download all available system updates and virus definitions it should fix your problem.

I don't think it originates from AVG, as this was the program I used to rid my computer of this particular dialer, (though lord knows where I picked it up from). I would reccomend, if you can't get the computer to download the new update file(s), to download them using another copy of AVG on another computer, then transfer the correct files across on Pen Drive, or by some other form of removable media
