no, sorry. I recently had a breast reduction, and my underarm flab is definitely still there. From what I understand, that can only be gotten rid of by doing excercises to tone your arms.
If you have knock knees you can see an orthopedic doctor to see if there is anything they can do to help you to rectify the situation.

Getting rid of waist flab is a really hard lose. The most effective ways to lose waist flab is to do 45 mins of cardio everyday. Also combined with doing crunches three to four times a week. If you are not a big fan of crunches and they dont seem to work for you, I suggest doing Cardio kickboxing like Tae Bo. This is known to be very effective for shrinking and toning your core as well as the rest of your body. Running for 30 mins everyday could also help lose the belly flab, and suppress your appetite. Eating healthy is a big factor in losing belly flab. Consuming low fat or fat free dairy products, a lot of fruits and vegetables, and lean meats like chicken breast, turkey, and fish will help assist in losing it even faster when combined with exercise.
After my delivery I use to drink warm water with lemon and honey. And it really works for me. I usually drink twice a day :)
